My dad James Price opened JR Muffler in 1995. I joined the company in 2000 and took over the operation in 2015. I decided to take over the business because I love what I do and serving my community. There isn’t a school that can teach you to do what we do. It took me years to learn this business. The sad reality is that muffler men are a dying breed, it’s hard work.
Learning to build a complete exhaust system and customizing mechanical elements isn’t something that is done quickly. It was three years before I bent my first piece of pipe. Muffler work is a fine-tuned craft. We take our work seriously and take pride in our work. We also offer a variety of mechanic services, and we have a full staff of experienced mechanics ready to work on custom exhaust systems, mechanic work, front-end work, diagnostics, and more!
